Who we are

Stride (the “App”) is provided by Lantean Tech (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Lantean Tech. You can reach us at support@lantean.tech.

Acceptance

By downloading or using the App on iPhone, iPad or Android, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service

The App is a habit tracking tool that stores your data locally on your device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time.

Stride Pro purchases

Stride is free for up to 6 habits. Stride Pro unlocks unlimited habits, Home Screen widgets (and Lock Screen widgets on iPhone), themes & app icons, CSV export, and full insights. It is sold either as an auto-renewable subscription — monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial — or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices we quote in US dollars (for example $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year) are US prices; the App Store or Google Play shows the price in your country and currency, including any taxes, before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again on each renewal within 24 hours of the period end. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it. If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.

Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms. Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

Your data and your responsibility

Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups — via your device's automatic backup or the App's export feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under laws that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, including the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
